The Challenge
We know that our financial health -- like our physical or mental health -- is important and requires ongoing attention and intention.
Yet we also...
-
Get caught in the daily spin of caring for others, running a career or business, or avoiding our finances out of fear or worry about the future.
-
Get overwhelmed with where to focus on our financial health or "fitness."
-
Aren't sure what it means for us to be financially fit or healthy.
The fact is that money doesn't care how it's spent, earned, or saved. It's currency that flows where and when directed.
This is why our relationship to money matters. If we're overwhelmed by making financial decisions, challenged by money conversations, feel guilty or ashamed about having money, or think money defines our self-worth, then we struggle.
Bottom line?
We're not broken or irresponsible.
We're simply in need of grounding in what matters most, and then a structure, a plan, and support for taking action around money that has positive results.
Take Action With Love, Not Fear
The Positive Money Fitness Scorecard™ helps you pause and take stock of what’s actually going on in your financial life without judgment or shame so that you can focus on what matters most right now.
Why?
Because we each have a unique relationship with money. What we think and how we behave in different dimensions of our financial lives can vary and lead to judgment and shame. When we gain clarity on what this looks like, we're better equipped to take positive action where it matters most.
In under 3 minutes, you'll assess where you stand in these dimensions and learn how to take action to boost your financial fitness using Positive Money Principles and Practices.
We don’t show up equally in all
dimensions of our financial life.

Positive Change Leads to
Powerful Legacies
Trying to do and be "all the things" in our financial lives -- especially when money isn't a primary focus or someone else has been in charge -- can feel overwhelming and ineffective. When we understand where we struggle the most, we can more effectively make changes that count.
When we know what matters most, we can take action that is meaningful. This action shows that we care, not just about our financial health, but about our legacy -- about being a positive role model and stepping into leadership even if we don't feel prepared.
Why I Created the Positive Money
Fitness Scorecard™
I created Positive Money as a philosophy for living in a relationship with money driven by values, purpose, and design because I needed it.
-
I struggled to navigate conflicting priorities in my personal and professional life.
-
I felt ashamed of not earning what I thought I was worth.
-
I didn't feel confident or clear about making financial decisions, even though I love numbers and have been employed in one way or another since I was in my early teens.
These challenges led me to understand more deeply how we show up around money, and then to write the 7 Principles of Positive Money - How to Live a Rich Life No Matter What's in Your Bank Account. Ultimately, I opened the Positive Money Club for women 50+ who want to live, lead, and leave a legacy they can feel proud of by moving past what stops them from living a rich life.
This is why the Positive Money Fitness Scorecard™ is the first step on this journey. When you know where you stand, the next step becomes that much easier.
